Cancellation Policy
At A Small Nail Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes plans change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your deposit or charged to the card on file.
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 20% of the service amount will be charged, your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may be declined. Please note that arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and the 10% fee applied. If you arrive late but within 20 minutes, I’ll still do my best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service price will still apply.
If you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hours in advance, and your new appointment must be booked within 10 days of your original appointment date. Rescheduling outside of this timeframe will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same 10% fee.
I truly understand that emergencies happen, and in genuine cases, exceptions may be made at my discretion. By booking with A Small Nail Studio, you agree to this policy and help ensure that my time is respected, allowing me to give every client the best experience possible.
